So I'm not a huge Lindsay Lohan fan. But I really would love a sparkly dress with a hood! Just sayin'.

    The dress looks like it could be a bit scratchy... though you'd probably shine out of the crowd! not that I would know, since I've only ever worn a dress maybe 2 or 3 times ever (just for special occasions of course...)
